Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

Bring out the flavors of fall topped off with cream cheese frosting, it's so good it can be enjoyed year-round.

Instructions

Preparation Steps
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Combine eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin on medium speed in a mixer.
3 In a separate container combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
4 Add the dry ingredient to the pumpkin mixture and mix on low until combined and batter looks smooth.
5 Spread the batter in a 9 x 13 greased pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6 Let cool completely before applying frosting.
