Brownies with Marshmallow Frosting

Serve up deliciously rich brownies with a gooey marshmallow frosting.

Instructions

Preparation Steps
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13” x 9” x 2” or 33” x 26” x 3” pan.
2 Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla on medium speed.
3 Combine cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Add gradually on low speed.
4 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and remove pan from oven.
5 Top with the marshmallows and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
6 Combine butter, cocoa powder, vanilla and confectioners’ sugar. Set to the side.
7 Allow brownies to cool completely before applying frosting.
