1 Preheat oven to 375°F, line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2 Combine butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat over medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute.
3 Combine baking soda, salt and flour. Gradually add flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture on low speed.
4 Scrape the bowl, then beat for an additional 30 seconds until ingredients are well-combined.
5 Stir in chocolate and caramel bits.
6 Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to place dough onto the cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
7 Bake for 12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool.
