Enrobing Caramel
  • Soft and stretchy, Enrobing Caramel is just right for cookies, granola bars and candy bars, especially as a chewy sandwich layer.
  • Use as a nutraceutical vehicle or for binding nuts, cereals, grains and coconut to the outside of cookies or snack bars.
  • With further processing, Enrobing Caramel can be used as a stretchy center for candy.
  • Enrobing Caramel can be custom formulated to meet specific needs.
Caramel Sauce
  • Caramel Sauce adds rich taste and soft texture to ice cream and frozen desserts.
  • Because it flows at room temperature, Caramel Sauce is excellent as a thin filling or saucy layer in cakes, brownies and other bakery products.
Caramel Bits
  • Our chewy 3/8-inch Caramel Bits are ideal as baking pieces, especially in cookie doughs.
  • Bits work well when mixed into pudding and yogurt, as well as granola and trail mix.
